Operations Analyst

Location: Remote (Americas)

Salary: $95k–$105k

Responsibilities

• Review account activity and make informed decisions using AI-assisted analysis, investigating payment approval requests, flagging anomalies, and making approval or escalation decisions.
• Identify suspicious activity and fraud patterns, learn about regulatory requirements, and help implement them in daily work.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency or reduce risk, and document learnings for the team.
• Balance compliance with user experience by using AI to process data, draft communications, and analyze trade-offs, working cross-functionally with product, support, and business teams.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to experiment with them.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort with multitasking, prioritization, and organization.
• Ownership mindset, curiosity, and responsibility for outcomes.
• At least 2 years in operational, compliance, or related roles, with startup or fintech experience a plus.
