Requirements

• 8+ years of business operations experience in financial services, ideally in the investments space
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strategic and hands-on leader who is adept at influencing stakeholders through clear communication
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end operational processes with appropriate controls
• Passion for financial services and technology
