Oracle Fusion Operational Excellence Leader

Taylor Corporation is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Operational Excellence Leader to oversee support, optimization, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across various business functions.

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production support for Oracle Fusion Applications
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational scorecards
• Oversee ticket backlog management and prioritization
• Ensure system stability during quarterly Oracle updates
• Lead and develop onshore and offshore functional analysts
• Drive performance management, knowledge growth, and cross-training
• Manage third-party partners and Oracle Support relationships
• Conduct independence and capability assessments across team members
• Promote automation and continuous improvement within support operations
• Identify and prioritize enhancement opportunities aligned to business strategy
• Drive automation of manual processes and reporting where feasible
• Facilitate root cause analysis to reduce recurring incidents
• Develop executive-level dashboards tracking incident trends, ticket volumes, SLA adherence, automation progress, and enhancement pipeline
• Provide leadership updates on system health and risk posture

Requirements

• 7+ years of ERP experience with at least 3–5 years in leadership
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion (SCM or Manufacturing focus preferred)
• Experience managing production support in a complex enterprise environment
• Strong vendor and offshore team management experience
• Demonstrated experience establishing operational KPIs and governance frameworks
• Excellent executive communication skills

• The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
