Outbound Sales Development Representative Latin America

Bluelight is a leading software consultancy focused on designing innovative technology and fostering a collaborative work environment. They are expanding across the US and Central/South America and seek talented professionals to join their diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new sales leads and opportunities using HubSpot, cold calls, email, and social media.
• Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate products or services, becoming an expert on the customer profile.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and decision-makers to qualify leads.
• Set up meetings and calls between prospects and sales executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing on outbound warm calling to generate MQAs for ABM and other programs.
• Drive attendance for webinars and set meetings for conferences and tradeshows.
• Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in CRM.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve processes.
• Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the SDR Manager.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, preferably in SaaS.
• Hunter's mentality with expertise in prospecting through cold calls, email, and social media.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and sales process.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software; experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Passionate about technology supporting first responders; experience as a first responder is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
