P1 Analyst, Supplier Quality & Development

The role involves reviewing and monitoring supplier quality compliance in the aerospace and defense industry, with a focus on quality documentation, technical drawings, and process control. It requires collaboration, continuous improvement, and project support, primarily for a remote position in Puerto Rico.

Location: Remote (US-PR)

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor the compliance of Supplier Quality requirements, including First Article Inspections (AS9102), Process Control Methods (AS13100, AS13006), and Quality Management Systems (AS9100).
• Document and report findings to Quality Standards and specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T.
• Review and approve FAIR packages, Gage Suitability packages, and Process Control (PPAP) packages.
• Perform basic statistical analysis using Minitab to evaluate and validate Process Control data of Key Characteristics (KCs).
• Review Process Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis, and PFMEAs, and Process flow maps.
• Perform QMS audits.
• Participate in group meetings, teleconferences, and training.
• Communicate with internal and external parties.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and obtain CORE certifications.
• Support project management activities.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in MS Office suite
