The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort in Bahamas, seeks a maintenance technician to perform daily maintenance, repairs, and support engineering services in a luxury resort environment. The role involves equipment upkeep, safety compliance, and collaboration with staff to ensure a high standard of service.

Location: The Bahamas

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs of hotel equipment and facilities.
• Support and improve engineering services for guests and staff.
• Train and instruct other staff members.
• Maintain safety and safety awareness.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
• Perform painting and upkeep of building walls and surfaces.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of tools and materials.
• Attend training and meetings.
• Follow fire and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and instructions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform painting and maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
• Legal ability to work in The Bahamas without sponsorship.
