Payroll and Administration Assistant

ELVTR is an online education platform offering live courses led by industry experts, currently expanding its team in South Africa. They are seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative to convert warm leads into customers, focusing on high-ticket sales in a remote role aligned with the UK market.

Location: Remote (UK hours)

Responsibilities

• Convert warm, pre-qualified leads into enrolled students for premium courses.
• Build rapport with prospects and identify how programs align with their goals.
• Track metrics and iterate to exceed conversion benchmarks.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM.
• Communicate customer insights to marketing and product teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments for a seamless customer journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent, professional English communication skills.
• Strong grasp of CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and retain product knowledge quickly.
• Confidence, curiosity, and excellent listening skills.
• A history of high performance in quota-carrying roles is a plus.
