The Talent Matching Consultant role involves managing full-cycle recruiting for startup clients, working directly with founders and hiring managers to source and place top talent across various regions, primarily US and EU. It requires a proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills, capable of handling multiple searches in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Location: Remote (Philippines, Latin America, Global)
Responsibilities
- Lead client kickoff calls to understand hiring goals, team structure, and role expectations.
- Gather detailed job requirements including responsibilities, success metrics, timelines, and potential hiring risks.
- Establish clear hiring processes and communication cadence with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the search process.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high-quality recruiting experience.
- Source and identify qualified candidates across multiple sourcing channels and professional networks.
- Screen and assess candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and role alignment.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure consistent progress across active searches.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients with structured candidate summaries.
- Drive searches forward from initial sourcing to final placement.
- Provide regular updates on search progress, candidate pipelines, and interview outcomes.
- Address client feedback and adjust candidate targeting strategies accordingly.
- Communicate potential hiring risks or delays and propose solutions proactively.
- Track recruiting metrics across active searches to monitor performance.
- Identify recurring challenges or process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the company’s ATS and CRM systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle or 360 recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for either technical, creative, healthcare, admin, sales, operations, or niche roles.
- Experience working with US-based clients or startup founders.
- Experience leading client intake or kick-off calls.
- Background in outsourcing, offshoring, or global staffing environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring searches simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage client expectations and provide professional feedback when needed.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments.
- Experience working with CRM or ATS platforms.
