People Operations Specialist

Location: Remote, based in Colombia

Responsibilities

• Leverage the HRIS system to perform transactions, support employees, and internal stakeholders
• Provide HR support related to Benefits, Compensation, HR Policies, Relocation, Payroll, HR Systems (Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow), General HR questions, Mobility and Immigration
• Provide administration, communication, and processing in support of core HR processes
• Partner with other People functions and HRBPs to execute HR Operational processes and services focusing on employee experience and data integrity
• Mentor and assist employees and managers on HR policies and processes
• Maintain confidentiality of HR data and participate in system testing and HR program rollouts
• Document, maintain, and communicate core HR processes

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with understanding of HR ecosystem (payroll, IT, compensation, benefits, legal)
• Minimum 3 years experience running HR processes in Americas involving operational and project tasks, and handling employee queries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
