Location: Remote, based in Colombia
Responsibilities
- Leverage the HRIS system to perform transactions, support employees, and internal stakeholders
- Provide HR support related to Benefits, Compensation, HR Policies, Relocation, Payroll, HR Systems (Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow), General HR questions, Mobility and Immigration
- Provide administration, communication, and processing in support of core HR processes
- Partner with other People functions and HRBPs to execute HR Operational processes and services focusing on employee experience and data integrity
- Mentor and assist employees and managers on HR policies and processes
- Maintain confidentiality of HR data and participate in system testing and HR program rollouts
- Document, maintain, and communicate core HR processes
Requirements
- Effective multitasking, interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders, projects, and tasks
- Curiosity and desire to find opportunities for improvement
- Growth mentality and continuous learning
- Proactive and communicative, prioritizing employee and customer communications
- Detail-oriented with understanding of HR ecosystem (payroll, IT, compensation, benefits, legal)
- Minimum 3 years experience running HR processes in Americas involving operational and project tasks, and handling employee queries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
