People Operations & Systems Specialist

Anthesis is seeking a People Operations & Systems Specialist to support and optimize core HR systems and processes in a global, matrixed organization. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality employee experience through well-designed systems, data accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Location: Remote (Global)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain global employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of employee records in HRIS (HiBob) and ATS (Pinpoint).
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and system updates.
• Audit employee data, generate reports, and support system enhancements and integrations.
• Manage user permissions and act as primary contact with system providers.
• Support global initiatives like performance management, DE&I, and organizational surveys.
• Assist with payroll, benefits, vendor coordination, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Experience in a People Operations role within a global, matrixed organization.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, preferably HiBob.
• Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Pinpoint.
• Ability to optimize and scale ATS processes across multiple countries.
• Collaborative experience with Finance, IT, and other functions, with a focus on data integrity.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Advanced Excel and data modeling skills.
