Responsibilities
- Support a founder by taking ownership of personal life admin and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Combine personal assistant support with general administrative and office coordination.
Requirements
- Experience in a PA, EA, office management, workplace experience, or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
- Strong judgment and resourcefulness in scheduling, logistics, coordination, and admin.
- Ability to operate with low touch support and drive tasks to completion.
- Clear communication skills and ability to clarify, prioritize, and follow through.
- Familiarity with accounting, finance-related coordination, or personal admin workflows.
- Proactive, sharp, dependable working style, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Interest in improving processes and using automation or AI tools.
