Responsibilities

  • Combine personal assistant support with general administrative and office coordination.

Requirements

  • Experience in a PA, EA, office management, workplace experience, or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Strong judgment and resourcefulness in scheduling, logistics, coordination, and admin.
  • Ability to operate with low touch support and drive tasks to completion.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to clarify, prioritize, and follow through.
  • Familiarity with accounting, finance-related coordination, or personal admin workflows.
  • Proactive, sharp, dependable working style, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Interest in improving processes and using automation or AI tools.
