Pharmacy Liaison

Provides integrated off-site support to patients, pharmacists, and providers by delivering comprehensive medication adherence and management services. Works closely with patients, especially in specialty clinics, to enhance their care through hospital pharmacy services, with a focus on education, authorization, and financial assistance.

Location: Remote (FL)

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service medication management and patient care support.
• Assist with prior authorization, financial aid, and medication onboarding.
• Educate patients on hospital pharmacy services.
• Handle medication needs of patients.
• Increase patient population in specialty pharmacy programs.
• Resolve insurance issues and complete benefit investigations.
• Secure financial assistance for patients when needed.
• Document patient information in hospital EMR and Therigy.

• Remote position but may require onsite work within 1 hour of Lakeland, FL.
