PHRN Clinical Reviewer | WFH

ISTA Solutions is seeking an experienced Clinical Reviewer with a Philippine Registered Nurse license to review clinical documentation, verify diagnosis codes, and ensure accuracy in patient charts. The role requires familiarity with ICD-10, EMR tools, and attention to detail.

Location: GMA (Greater Manila Area)

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patient charts
• Verifying diagnosis codes
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency in chart reviews

Requirements

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license
• Familiarity with ICD-10 diagnosis codes
• Experience reviewing or matching clinical documentation, treatments, and care plans
• Experience with EMR Tools (Kantime)
• High level of attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft tools and web-based forms
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Residing within GMA (Greater Manila Area)
• Amenable to working night shifts
