We’re looking for a PPC Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for paid search and paid social offerings in the multifamily housing space, partnering with account managers and specialists to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities
- Own and continuously refine the PPC product vision and roadmap for multifamily clients across paid search and paid social.
- Partner with Account Managers to build and evolve client-specific PPC strategies supporting property-level goals (occupancy, lease-ups, renewals, lead quality).
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in PPC / paid media strategy (agency or in-house), managing or overseeing multiple accounts.
- Experience in multifamily housing, real estate, or a closely related industry strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to own and lead PPC strategy and priorities across a portfolio of clients or product lines.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with fair-housing advertising requirements (or a strong demonstrated ability to learn and apply them quickly).
- Experience working inside structured systems like Asana, Jira, or similar to translate strategy into clear tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication skills — you’re comfortable distilling complex performance data into simple, actionable recommendations.
- Process-oriented mindset; you enjoy building and improving frameworks, templates, and workflows.
- Interest in or experience with AI-powered tools to support analysis, ideation, and workflow automation.
