Predictions & Digital Asset Markets Account Manager/Senior Manager

A senior role at a leading global digital asset platform focused on owning and scaling the company's liquidity ecosystem across various crypto products, including prediction markets and real-world assets, with responsibilities spanning business development, trading infrastructure, and institutional relationship management.

Location: Remote (Global)

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of liquidity provider relationships — prospecting, onboarding, optimization, and expansion.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, fee structures, and SLAs with market makers, OTC desks, algorithmic trading firms, and liquidity providers.
  • Monitor and analyze liquidity quality metrics across various products; work with providers to improve execution performance.
  • Identify and onboard specialist liquidity providers for prediction markets and tokenized RWA products.
  • Lead liquidity strategy for prediction markets, structuring relationships and defining requirements.
  • Develop and manage RWA liquidity partnerships with asset issuers, broker-dealers, and institutional counterparties.
  • Work with product and trading teams to define liquidity requirements for new listings.
  • Serve as SME on prediction market microstructure and RWA trading dynamics.
  • Define and execute global liquidity acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Set and deliver revenue, volume, and spread targets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for onboarding, API integration, and regulatory compliance.
  • Advocate for platform improvements and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Maintain expertise in market microstructure, regulatory developments, and industry engagement.
  • Represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years in client coverage, sales trading, institutional sales, or market-maker relationship management at a financial or crypto trading venue.
  • Experience covering or trading at least two of: spot, derivatives, perpetuals, prediction contracts, RWAs, tokenized products.
  • Deep knowledge of traditional financial frameworks (e.g., MiFID II) and offshore crypto venues.
  • Experience managing a live client book with pipeline hygiene, retention, and post-trade workflows.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced communication environments with high-frequency clients.
