Salary: $154,000 to $203,000 in the United States, plus bonus and benefits
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve a staged validation system to reduce launch risk.
- Define experience measurement standards across the product lifecycle.
- Establish scalable approaches to early customer exposure.
- Define behavioral data and instrumentation requirements.
- Ensure readiness conclusions are grounded in customer feedback and observed behavior.
- Build and own a multi-dimensional experience measurement framework.
- Apply measurement frameworks to inform release decisions and product improvements.
- Partner with Product to establish shared measurement baselines.
- Translate signals into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Contribute to the broader Customer Signals model.
- Partner with Engineering to ensure measurement is integrated early.
Requirements
- 8+ years in quantitative UX research, mixed-methods research, or product insights.
- Strong quantitative and statistical skills.
- Experience connecting customer feedback to observed behavior.
- Experience with UX measurement frameworks (e.g., HEART, UMUX-Lite, CSAT).
- Experience with staged rollouts, preview programs, or feature-flagged releases.
- Ability to synthesize signals and communicate insights.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity.
