PRN Virtual MSK Physical Therapist (Compact State Preferred)

RightMove is a virtual MSK care company partnering with Hospital for Special Surgery, redefining value-based musculoskeletal care through virtual physical therapy and coordinated, expert-led services.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Virtual Triage & Care Delivery: Conduct virtual musculoskeletal triage and follow-up visits, assess symptoms, functional limitations, and clinical risk, deliver evidence-based virtual physical therapy interventions.
• Care Planning: Develop individualized care plans, identify needs for care coordination, partner with APPs and clinicians for escalation.
• Collaboration & Continuity of Care: Communicate with patients, care coordinators, APPs, and external referral sources to support continuity.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhere to protocols and quality standards.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted physical therapy license in the state(s) where care will be delivered.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with preference for 5 years.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and a patient-first approach.
• Comfort practicing in a virtual environment, including remote evaluations and video-based patient education.
