Product Designer

Thatch is a healthcare-focused company aiming to improve the American healthcare experience through innovative design. The role involves creating user-centered designs for their product, impacting members' healthcare benefits and overall experience.

Location: Remote

Salary: $160,000—$192,000 USD

Responsibilities

• Participate in and shape every part of the product development process, from idea inception to production
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, product, sales, operations, and leadership to create incredible user experiences
• Develop and maintain the design system and brand assets we’ll use across the company
• Write design documentation and guidelines for internal audiences
• Iterate on and improve our design standards, tooling, and processes

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design roles
• Obsession with understanding and serving users and, ultimately, making their lives better
• Demonstrated first principle thinking and mastery of fundamental design principles
• Experience operating in ambiguous environments solving complex user problems
• Ability to balance blue sky creativity and dedication to craft with bias to action
