Product Manager

A product management role focused on AI-driven solutions for the construction industry, working on a marketplace platform used by thousands, with opportunities to shape product vision and growth.

Location: Remote (Germany)

Responsibilities

• Take full product ownership of core areas of the subcontractor product and drive the evolution of the marketplace experience.
• Identify AI use cases within the subcontractor workflow and collaborate with designers and engineers to implement them.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and product metrics to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic initiatives.
• Develop hypotheses, validate through prototypes and experiments, and scale successful approaches with Design and Engineering.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure successful go-to-market strategies for new features.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management in a B2B SaaS environment or marketplace/platform business model.
• Solid understanding of marketplace dynamics and balancing supply and demand sides.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems pragmatically.
• Experience with AI tools such as LLM-based assistants, MCPs, and no-code prototyping.
• Experience with product roadmaps, user stories, and full product lifecycle.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
