Product Manager - Core Experiences

Abridge is a healthcare AI company focused on powering deeper understanding in healthcare through AI-powered clinical conversation documentation and integration with EMRs. They are a growing team of MDs, AI scientists, engineers, and creatives, with offices in San Francisco, New York, and Pittsburgh.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $200K - $270K

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for a Core Product area, including defining vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Conduct hands-on user research with clinicians to understand their workflows and friction points.
• Ship high-quality clinical workflows in partnership with engineering, design, and ML teams.
• Deeply integrate with EHR environments like Epic to ensure seamless workflows.
• Define KPIs such as adoption, retention, encounter share, and quality scores, and use data to evaluate success.
• Create structure and clarity in ambiguous areas, form hypotheses, test quickly, and iterate based on data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping products that users love, with end-to-end ownership.
• Builder mentality with experience from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong user empathy and product taste, with direct exposure to users.
• Healthcare or clinical workflow experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clear roadmaps from messy problem spaces.
• Cross-functional credibility to work with ML engineers, designers, and health system executives.
