Salary: $140k–$180k
Responsibilities
- Own Paragon's messaging and positioning, from homepage copy to sales pitch and competitive differentiation.
- Build a messaging framework for sales, content, and partnerships.
- Manage product launches end-to-end, including process and timeline.
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets like decks, one-pagers, and battle cards.
- Develop ICP personas for AI-native startups and enterprise product teams.
- Share marketing campaign results with Demand Gen.
- Own competitive intelligence across various competitors and segments.
- Participate in product planning before code ships.
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, especially in developer tools, API infrastructure, or related fields.
- Experience in repositioning or category creation, with a track record of changing messaging architecture.
- Strong technical writing skills with samples.
- Sales enablement experience beyond decks, including training and deal review participation.
- Experience owning product launches from start to finish.
- Collaboration with DevRel and understanding of how PMM and DevRel work together.
