Product Marketing Manager (M/W/D)

The company TESVOLT is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for their hardware and software product lines, supporting their mission to enable affordable energy worldwide with innovative, efficient energy storage solutions. The role involves collaboration across teams, market analysis, campaign planning, and representing the company at events.

Location: Berlin, HQ - Lutherstadt Wittenberg, Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies for hardware and software product lines and implement them.
• Plan product launches and campaigns for online and offline channels.
• Conduct market analyses and monitor competitors to identify opportunities.
• Create marketing materials such as website content, brochures, presentations, and manage the marketing shop.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support sales activities and increase product awareness.
• Represent products at trade fairs, roadshows, events, and webinars.
• Analyze the performance of marketing measures and optimize based on KPIs.
• Coordinate with product management to ensure consistent product messaging.
• Define communication channels with Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Performance Marketing.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in product marketing, ideally in the technology or energy sector.
• Analytical thinking and experience in conducting market analyses.
• Creativity and a good sense for target group-oriented communication.
• Clear, convincing communication and impactful presentation skills, both internally and externally.
• Enjoy working in a team and being comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
