Product Owner

The Product Owner works closely with agile development teams, acting as the nexus between Product, Development, User Experience, and Documentation. They are responsible for ensuring teams work on the right things at the right time to deliver high-quality products, leveraging AI tools throughout the process.

Location: Israel

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls with users to validate UX for new features
• Write user stories and requirements in grooming sessions
• Leverage AI to streamline feature delivery and manage backlog
• Attend standups with agile teams
• Write release documentation and train teams on new products
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, and Developers
• Define release and sprint goals
• Own operational aspects of agile development including epic breakdown, story planning, sprint planning, and delivery
• Use AI to generate story maps, draft ticket descriptions, and acceptance criteria
• Manage and resolve customer and internal product escalations
• Ensure development team understands the value and impact of their work
• Use AI to draft release notes and decks

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience working with products, especially in a hands-on role
• Experience with Bullhorn products
• Experience working on onboarding software
• Comfortable participating in technical discussions about front-end, back-end, and data structures
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Enjoys dissecting challenges and problem-solving
• Embraces AI tools in work processes
