Product Owner

The Product Owner will lead the development of a new product area focused on operational and kitchen management solutions within the education sector, leveraging customer insights, strategic planning, and AI tools to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery on a new product opportunity, identifying customer problems and unmet needs.
• Work with customers, users, and stakeholders to test assumptions and validate focus areas.
• Define the problem space, target users, value proposition, and success criteria.
• Shape the product direction, roadmap, and backlog around valuable use cases.
• Translate opportunities into outcomes, hypotheses, and testable increments.
• Make trade-offs on scope, sequencing, and pace.
• Partner with design and engineering to move from concept to launch.
• Lead product decisions during delivery, including backlog refinement and scope trade-offs.
• Define and track signals of customer value, adoption, and traction.
• Create clarity and momentum across the business as the internal product lead.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software, SaaS, or digital products.
• Strong curiosity and product instinct.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and turning it into clear next steps.
• Confident in customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions.
• Ability to define priorities, make trade-offs, and focus on minimal valuable features.
• Ownership, initiative, and follow-through.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.
