Responsibilities

• End-to-End Konfiguration: Administration and development of Low-Code products like Zendesk and Babelforce.
• Product Evangelism: Promoting new features internally and increasing user acceptance.
• Demand- & Stakeholder-Management: Gathering requirements, prioritizing, and orchestrating IT interfaces and external partners.
• KI-Pionierarbeit: Selecting and implementing AI components, mastering prompting, and optimizing systems for efficiency.
• Projektsteuerung: Leading projects from market analysis to go-live to ensure optimal customer service products.

Requirements

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product/Business Owner oder vergleichbar, im schnell wandelnden E-Commerce Umfeld, agil und innovativ.
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik von Vorteil.
• Fundierte Erfahrung in Konfiguration und Administration von Ticket- oder Telefonie-Systemen im Customer Service (z.B. Zendesk, Babelforce).
• Erfahrung in eigenverantwortlicher Steuerung von Produktweiterentwicklungen und Projektmanagement.
• Technisches Mindset, hohe Affinität für Low-Code/No-Code-Tools, KI-Lösungen und Prompting.
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Begeisterungsfähigkeit für Produkte, Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit.
