Profissional Líder de Implantação - Remoto

A role for a Technical Implementation Lead responsible for end-to-end deployment of the Replicon platform across multiple international territories, combining project management with technical leadership in cloud environments.

Location: Remote (Brazil)

Responsibilities

• Assuming the project of system implementation, structuring the step-by-step process, and ensuring execution.
• Delegating and providing technical leadership to engineering/cloud teams.
• Leading system deployment in different regions/countries.
• Acting as the main liaison between internal technical teams, third-party software providers, and local stakeholders.
• Hosting workshops, ad-hoc meetings, and technical discussions for requirements gathering and architecture.
• Ensuring implementations adhere to global governance policies, security standards (ISO 27001), and SLAs.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience leading IT transformation initiatives, SaaS system deployment, and project management.
• Experience with Replicon or similar workforce management/time tracking tools.
• Fluent/advanced English (mandatory).
• Technical background in cloud infrastructure to communicate with architects and delegate tasks.
• Dynamic, proactive profile with strong executive leadership.
• Experience managing vendors and working in global, multicultural organizations.
