Program Manager

The Program Manager leads client projects involving complex survey designs, data collection, and reporting for Press Ganey's Member Experience products, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $95,000–$110,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines to ensure on-time survey launch, completion, and reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with client contacts, understanding their needs.
• Identify risks and proactively solve problems.
• Support service recovery efforts.
• Update survey designs based on client feedback.
• Program survey design into multiple platforms.
• Update dashboard reporting as needed.
• Partner with clients throughout project lifecycle.
• Lead project kickoff calls to set expectations.
• Track response rates, sampling, and data collection to meet client goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor new hires and team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of healthcare, quality improvement, project management, or experience improvement.
• Understanding of healthcare, health plans, and member experience challenges.
• Experience managing large, strategic client projects.
• Proven support and service skills for complex customers.
• Analytical skills to research and solve complex problems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to question and challenge clients to meet their needs.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations.
• Ability to anticipate client questions and needs.
• Ability to act as a strategic partner and manage client portfolios.
• Ability to identify and escalate risks.
