Project Engineer

A Project Engineer role supporting the delivery of a large-scale data center project in West Texas, ideal for someone early in their construction career seeking hands-on experience in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage project controls and document management
• Coordinate site activities
• Participate in planning and coordination meetings
• Assist in identifying and resolving design and construction conflicts
• Support QA/QC processes
• Track and process submittals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience supporting mission critical, data center, advanced manufacturing, or similarly complex projects
• Familiarity with construction technology platforms such as CMiC, PlanGrid, BIM 360, Assemble, or similar systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt in a highly technical, schedule-driven construction environment
