Responsibilities
- Manage and lead project delivery within a project management environment.
- Design evaluation frameworks, gather and analyse data, develop reports.
- Develop effective working and strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Explain complex and/or technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Deliver successful projects and achieve customer-focused outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and leading project delivery and understanding of project management methodologies.
- Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, including designing evaluation frameworks and data analysis.
- High-level facilitation and engagement skills, ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Critical thinking skills to deliver successful projects and outcomes.
