Project Manager

The Project Manager will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives at Sigma Software, focusing on process optimization, automation, and AI-driven solutions. The role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, managing stakeholders, and promoting digital transformation in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and monitor project execution to ensure delivery on time and within budget
  • Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management using appropriate delivery methodologies and best practices
  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives involving multiple business units and internal teams
  • Align business and technology stakeholders around project goals, priorities, and expected outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements
  • Promote and support the adoption of AI-driven approaches within project delivery and workflows
  • Perform risk analysis and proactively manage delivery risks and dependencies
  • Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Ensure transparent communication and structured project documentation
  • Coordinate and support delivery teams, including onboarding and professional growth activities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and project management practices

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional or transformation initiatives
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and parallel projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams and managing IT-related projects
  • Understanding of modern technologies, integrations, and automation approaches
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches
  • Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities
  • Awareness of AI capabilities and willingness to integrate AI into workflows
  • Intermediate English level or higher
