Project Manager – Commercial Excellence Execution & Change Management

The Project Manager at Solventum is responsible for leading projects in the commercial areas of a healthcare company, focusing on project execution, adoption, and change management, especially with digital and AI-enabled tools.

Location: Remote

Salary: $83,600 - $114,950/year (US)

Responsibilities

• Supporting planning, execution, adoption and measurement of Commercial Excellence initiatives.
• Driving development and adoption of agentic project management tools (e.g., Copilot-enabled workflows, automated status tracking, intake agents, requirement capture tools).
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to pilot new project management tools and AI capabilities.
• Developing, establishing and enforcing project management standards, tools, and governance processes.
• Managing projects of various scopes, budgets, and durations in an agile manner.
• Communicating effectively cross-functionally with leaders, partners, and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 1 year of project management experience.
• OR Highschool/GED AND 5 years of project management experience.
