Project Manager Donut Studios

A Project Manager role at a creative studio within a digital marketing agency, responsible for managing client projects, coordinating creative workflows, and supporting operational improvements.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project timelines, task tracking, and creative workflows using Asana.
• Own the cadence of project updates and delivery forecasts, keeping clients and teams informed.
• Coordinate creative assignments across the full project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project trackers, monitor timelines, and identify potential risks.
• Partner with creatives, strategists, and clients to keep everyone aligned.
• Support the implementation of AI-powered workflows, automation, and operational improvements.
• Remove project roadblocks, escalate issues, and help keep momentum.
• Work with the Senior Project Manager to strengthen skills and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of project management or coordination experience, ideally in a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and Airtable.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
• Strong communication skills for internal and client updates.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
