Project Manager - Enterprise AI Center of Excellence

Responsibilities
- Deliver the integrated AI execution plan (timeline, milestones, budget, resourcing) across workstreams such as data readiness, model development, MLOps, integration, testing, and change management.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and delivery coordination across COE product teams, data engineering, platform teams, app teams, IAM/security, legal/risk, and vendors to maintain momentum.
- Maintain agile project management practices, ensuring consistent sprint planning, backlog tracking, and milestone reporting.
- Own delivery governance and reporting cadence including RAID management, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and steering committee materials aligned to enterprise standards.
- Identify, track, and mitigate AI-specific risks (data access/quality, labeling constraints, model drift, infra capacity, security approvals, regulatory controls) and drive timely escalation.
- Coordinate operational readiness and cutover including training/enablement, support model, monitoring/incident processes, handoffs to operations, and postlaunch stabilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of job related experience OR High School Diploma/GED from AND 11 years of the same job-related experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing AI, data, or digital transformation projects in a cross-functional enterprise environment.
- Proficiency with project management and agile tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and experience leading sprint planning and backlog tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent AI initiatives.
- Experience working with AI/ML teams and translating technical progress into business outcomes.
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.

- Work location: Remote.
- Travel may include up to 10% domestic/international.
