Project Manager - Freelancer

Building a network of freelance Project Managers to lead, execute, and deliver complex digital initiatives on a freelance basis, part-time or full-time.

Location: Poland

Salary: 48 - 84 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B contract only)

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute, and deliver complex digital initiatives from kickoff to launch.

Requirements

• Proven track record running web or mobile software projects.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to adapt for delivery.
• Experience managing fixed-price projects, scope boundaries, and budget monitoring.
• Understanding of technical basics to communicate with developers.
• Comfort in direct contact with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluent English (Min. C1).
