Project Manager Level 3

Senior project manager leading Vendor SSO and Enterprise Maintenance programs in an agile environment, requiring strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical oversight.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle projects including schedule, budget, risk/issue management, and status reporting.
• Partner with agile and non-agile teams to define, plan, and deliver results.
• Serve as project liaison with business units.
• Track performance criteria for project success.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify resources, and develop schedules.
• Establish and update project plans and budgets, manage deviations.
• Conduct project meetings, tracking, and analysis.
• Ensure project objectives are documented, approved, and met.
• Manage vendor tasks and review deliverables.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of project management experience delivering large and/or complex projects.
• Expertise in systems development and project management lifecycle processes for IT solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget.
• Problem solving and organizational skills.
• Team motivation and delegation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel independently (0-25%).
