Salary: £32-35k basic depending on experience + commission
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to identify estate planning needs and objectives.
- Advise clients on wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and inheritance planning solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and professional partners.
- Gather and assess client information to ensure suitable recommendations are made.
- Prepare and oversee estate planning documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with solicitors, financial advisers, mortgage advisers, and protection specialists where appropriate.
- Ensure all client records are maintained in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Keep up to date with estate planning legislation, tax considerations, and industry developments.
- Contribute to business growth through referrals, networking, and client retention initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Protection Adviser.
- Strong understanding of client fact-finding and needs-based advice processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and straightforward manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working towards targets and delivering excellent client outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A genuine interest in estate planning, inheritance planning, and wealth protection.
