Location: Remote

Salary: $4.00/hour draw plus 15% commissions on net sales, with earnings capped by performance

Responsibilities

• Conduct 20-minute consultative appointments with customers.
• Guide customers through personalized wellness protocols.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or supplements.
• Generate sales through consultative selling.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for skincare, health, and wellness.
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to full-time work (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm CST).
• Stable high-speed internet (40 Mbps+ upload/download).
• Reliable computer with mic, camera, noise-cancelling headset.
• Self-starter with growth and sales drive.
• Background in skincare/health/wellness or sales is a plus, but hunger to learn is most important.
