The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) role involves providing outpatient behavioral health services within an integrated care team, focusing on medication management, psychotherapy, and patient-centered care. Salary: $135k - $160k

Responsibilities

• Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
• Customize care for each patient, including medication management, psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing.
• Create a flexible schedule with no on-call responsibilities, focusing solely on patient care.

Requirements

• Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience working with behavioral health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments.
• Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome.
