Regional Human Resources Business Partner West

The Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Rowan supports HR functions across a region, focusing on employee relations, performance management, training, engagement, and compliance, in a remote setting. The role involves partnering with management to foster company culture and ensure HR best practices.

Location: Remote

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Be a strategic business partner to Regional General Managers, providing guidance on people management and growth objectives.
• Meet with field management to identify regional business needs and trends.
• Collaborate with other HR Business Partners for continuous improvement.
• Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR and operational compliance solutions.
• Build relationships with field leadership to understand team dynamics.
• Support employee relations by understanding policies, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance.
• Develop knowledge of labor laws and handle employee concerns and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct compliance audits and support HR communications.
• Support employee development through understanding labor markets, participating in recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, promotions, relocations, leaves, and exits.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends.
• Manage HR processes like performance reviews and data management.
• Analyze HR metrics and support field HR communications.
• Strengthen employee engagement using data insights.
• Ensure HRIS data accuracy and legal compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years HR experience in a multi-state organization.
• BA/BS in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
• Experience in retail or service environments preferred.
• Strong employee relations skills.
• Excellent judgment, confidentiality, and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Microsoft Office.
