Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) role involves supporting the Northwestern United States by developing new business partnerships and managing existing ones within key vertical markets. The position requires a results-driven sales professional to work closely with senior leadership to achieve sales and growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed account plans for long sales cycles.
  • Provide professional quotations and proposals.
  • Review drawings, create block diagrams and equipment schedules.
  • Achieve regional bookings and revenue targets.
  • Work with sales support teams to guide customer requirements.
  • Manage territory pipeline and expand customer base.
  • Demonstrate the full range of company products.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs.
  • Communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Understand industry landscapes and trends.
  • Report on revenue forecasts.
  • Coordinate with Operations for demand fulfillment.
  • Use Salesforce to manage sales processes.

Requirements

  • Success in selling complex technical solutions to decision-makers.
  • Experience with long sales cycles of 3-6 months and deal sizes $50K-$500K.
  • Ability to secure new customers and strategic partners.
  • Metrics-driven with experience managing goals and pipeline.
  • Experience working remotely as part of a sales team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and external networking.
  • Proven track record of sales success and customer retention.
  • Decisiveness and customer satisfaction focus.
  • Technical knowledge of IP Security (software and hardware).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Network development skills.
  • Ability to learn new technology.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
