Regional Sales Manager, Existing Accounts - Turkey (Remote, UAE)

CrowdStrike is seeking a seasoned enterprise sales professional to manage and grow existing customer accounts in the cybersecurity industry. The role involves cross-selling, up-selling, renewal management, and building strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including CXO level contacts.

Responsibilities
- Owns the growth and retention of existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell activities.
- Develops and executes comprehensive business plans for each account.
- Owns renewal forecasting, negotiation, and closing.
- Coordinates with internal teams for customer onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Accurately forecasts revenue, manages product adoption, and documents customer activity in CRM.
- Promotes CrowdStrike’s products and gathers customer feedback for improvements.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience in complex enterprise sales, especially in cybersecurity or related fields.
- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes.
- Excellent presentation, customer service, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to establish trust with customers.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies, sales lifecycle, and security software solutions.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background preferred.
