The Regional Service Manager at Siemens Healthineers is responsible for managing the healthcare Field Service business, ensuring customer satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence across a regional territory. Salary: $149,900 - $206,118

Responsibilities

  • Manage the healthcare Field Service business by directing, coordinating, and leading activities to meet customer service expectations and financial metrics.
  • Maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Siemens service to customers.
  • Achieve service financial goals through revenue attainment and cost containment.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Meet annual RSM goals and metrics.
  • Hire, develop, train, and coach Customer Service Engineers (CSEs).
  • Prioritize customer and business objectives to provide clear direction to CSEs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, local Service Operations Managers, Key Account Managers/Executives, Customer Service Engineers, and support resources.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer communication and interaction with internal sales, support, and service organizations.
  • Support all aspects of service delivery and daily operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks supporting Siemens, service, and NYU.
  • Oversee operational activities including site visits, system status alerts, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Analyze and interpret account status, manage escalations, and support technical escalation management.
  • Manage billing validation, purchase order processes, and administrative activities.
  • Review preventive maintenance and update activities, and support inventory control.
  • Conduct regular meetings, support project management, and participate in quarterly reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in a related discipline or advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in a related field with demonstrated success.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and technical journals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and analytical databases.
  • Experience managing large remote teams and knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging Instruments preferred.

Benefits

  • Base pay range: $149,900 - $206,118.
