Regional VP Employer Sales East 100% Remote

Vori Health is a nationwide, virtual-first musculoskeletal medical practice focused on evidence-based care that treats the whole person. They are seeking a Regional Vice President Employer Sales (East) with a deep background in employer point solution sales, consultant relationship management, and distribution partnerships, to lead strategic sales efforts and build relationships with clients and partners.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 USD (base), >$350,000 USD (OTE) with uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities

  • Identify / qualify strategic sales opportunities
  • Leverage and build key relationships with decision makers in a complex, consultative sale
  • Build relationships with the consultant and broker community
  • Achieve sales and performance goals
  • Create complex sales plans collaboratively with clients and internal resources
  • Act as a SME with internal partners for strategy, product, clinical and billing development
  • Manage the proposal process, including RFP responses, modeling and negotiation
  • Participate and lead internal strategy meetings
  • Lead outward vision in trade shows, panels, etc.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience
  • Experience in employer point solution sales and relationship management
  • Understanding of healthcare system flow, risk and value-based care
  • Comfort with C-level strategic conversations and operational tactics
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
