Propelus is seeking a relationship-first professional to build trust with state healthcare regulatory boards and agencies, supporting the growth and expansion of their compliance solutions. The role involves understanding stakeholder priorities, mapping them to Propelus solutions, and serving as a primary contact for state partners.
Location: Remote (US)
Salary: $135K - $165K
Responsibilities
- Maintain proactive communication with state regulatory boards and agencies, understanding their missions and constraints.
- Translate Propelus capabilities into outcomes that improve agency efficiency and public protection.
- Manage opportunities through the lifecycle with a consultative approach, aligning timelines with agency deadlines.
- Maintain knowledge of state licensing frameworks and CE compliance.
- Identify new opportunities within existing or prospective accounts, leveraging industry trends.
- Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams for seamless onboarding.
- Maintain visibility into opportunities via CRM, ensuring follow-through and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in public sector account management, healthcare, regulatory technology, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage relationships within state agencies or licensing boards.
- Project management skills for coordinating complex RFPs and contract renewals.
- Patience and persistence navigating long government decision cycles.
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and disciplined individual contributor.

Additional Information
- Full-time, 40 hours/week, M-F. Equipment, benefits, and perks not provided to part-time or temporary employees.
- Compensation range: $135K - $165K.
