Relocate to Malta Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Technical Solution Architect

The role is for an experienced Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Solution Architect responsible for solution development, functional analysis, presales activities, and leading large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 architecture projects. The position involves working with onshore and offshore teams, contributing to business development, and mentoring staff.

Location: Sliema, Malta

Salary: Base + Benefits (Paid in Euros €)

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Act as SME for technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform.
• Stay updated with new features of Dynamics 365 & Power Platform.
• Lead technical forums and communities.
• Design and develop domain-specific implementations.
• Identify skilling opportunities and train team members.
• Develop industry-specific solution offerings.
• Meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Communicate progress updates.
• Support practice development activities.
• Support and manage junior team members.
• Ensure timely completion of internal processes and training.
• Travel abroad when required.
• Perform additional duties as instructed.
• Provide on-site support as needed.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Represent the client professionally.
• Follow information security policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15+ years of IT experience in implementing large-scale solutions including Dynamics CE (CRM) & Power Platform.
• Architected and implemented at least 7-8 full-scale industry solutions using Dynamics CE, Integrations, Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of industries like Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, Telecom, Manufacturing.
• Ability to architect multi-region solutions.
• Strong technical leadership and presentation skills for C-Suite stakeholders.
• Experience in digital transformation programs involving multiple technologies.
• Pre-sales experience and thought leadership.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules and certifications.
• Experience with Power Platform and Azure services.
• Experience working with offshore teams.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of marketing products like Click Dimension, Adobe Marketing Cloud, D365 for Marketing.
• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
