Remote Customer Service Specialist with Czech and Slovak

Foundever is a leading company in the business process outsourcing industry, providing solutions in digital marketing, training, talent management, technology and innovation, consulting, and analytics. They are hiring a Customer Service Specialist for a healthcare-related project supporting patients with diabetes.

Location: Poland (fully remote)

Salary: 40 PLN gross per hour, monthly salary 6400–7300 PLN gross

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service and assisting with resolving issues related to product (glucometers)
• Working towards achieving customer satisfaction targets set by managers

Requirements

• Fluent in Czech and Slovak (C1-C2)
• Communicative level of English (B1)
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00
• Demonstrates professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
• Wants to work in an international environment
• Can use a computer with ease and knows general application of MS Office tools
• Motivated and eager to develop their career
