Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect and expertise with ServiceNow Privacy Case Management module.
• 7+ years of professional experience with a focus on ServiceNow Solution Design.
• Strong background in ServiceNow proposals and projects.
• Experience with Enterprise Service Management Solutions.
• ITIL certification and best practices experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations following agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years of experience.
