Reproductive Nurse

Maven is seeking a reproductive/fertility nurse to support members through virtual care services, providing holistic, high-value care across a global member base. The role involves delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a telehealth setting, focusing on fertility and related issues.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 15-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging around fertility assessments, ART treatments, infertility reasons, questions for in-person REI, and clinic selection guidance.
• Capture encounter summary documentation in the practice management system, MPractice.
• Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team for member needs, including referrals and follow-ups.
• Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s care model, providing culturally humble care and championing better outcomes for women and families.

Requirements

• Hold BSN, RN, NP, FNP, APRN, WHNP, DNP, or PNP license.
• Reside in the United States.
• Have worked in a fertility clinic for 3+ years.
• Provide direct member care for 5 hours per week as an independent contractor (1099).
• Have 2+ years of experience in tele-health and comfort providing care through a digital platform.
• Passionate about women’s and family health.
