Reservations Sales Agent Remote

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring Reservations Sales Representatives to work remotely, assisting guests with booking vacations and providing customer service. The role involves answering inbound calls, managing reservations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location: Remote (US, specifically Orlando, FL area within 50 miles)

Salary: $18.00/hour during first 90 days, then $14.00/hour plus incentives with potential to earn up to $70K+ annually

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from guests regarding vacation bookings.
• Assist guests with booking travel dates, answering questions, and confirming reservations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Address escalated customer service issues.
• Help increase revenue and tour volume for resorts.
• Retain packages and sales, escalate calls as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• 1+ years of customer service, reservations, or similar experience.
• 1+ years of call center experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (preferred).
• Sales experience highly preferred.

Additional Information

• Training includes orientation, class training, and academy sessions.
• Post-training schedule is 12:30 pm to 9 pm EST, with weekend shifts.
• Weekend availability required.
