Revenue Cycle Project Manager (Front, Middle & Back End - Epic Required)

Wilshire, a healthcare revenue cycle management consulting firm, seeks an experienced Revenue Cycle Project Manager to lead initiatives across the full continuum of care, focusing on optimizing revenue cycle performance within Epic systems.

Location: Remote

Salary: $90.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle projects spanning front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end functions.
• Manage Epic-related implementations, upgrades, and workflow redesigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify revenue leakage opportunities and implement corrective strategies.
• Monitor KPIs such as DNFB, clean claim rate, denial rates, and AR days.
• Facilitate meetings, provide executive-level reporting, and communicate progress.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and payer guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience across front, mid, and back-end functions.
• Hands-on experience with Epic HB (Hospital Billing) and PB (Professional Billing).
• Proven experience managing complex healthcare or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle metrics, workflows, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
